This lovely patient presented to Dr. Chiu-Collins with a history of nasal and facial trauma after an automobile collision. Dr. Chiu-Collins performed a cosmetic rhinoplasty reconstruction using the patient’s own cartilage to achieve symmetry and for correction of poor tip support. Nasal tip refinement and alar base reduction performed.
